Here at click Racing we want to create a platform for talented individuals in the NorthEast to showcase their skills in all areas of cycling from flat out Racing to creating media masterpieces for the world to see.
We'd like to tell you a little bit about us and what we aim to achieve over the off season in preparation for the next season.
We have been established since August 2021, and have built a grass routes team that focuses on talent in and around the north east of England. 2021 was our first year racing as a recognised and respected team in the north east as we attended the NorthernDownhill events.
Come 2022 we had constructed a team of passionate individuals that would push eachother to achieve goals and set new targets. One of these goals as a team was to enlarge our presence on social media also becoming more recognised as a team to watch out for in the future.
In 2023 we started to reach out and gained some local support from an out of industry sponsor and also partnered with our current kit supplier. This was a great opportunity for us to expand in the industry and also understand more about how things work. Following the kit support we approached our local bike shop to gain mechanical support for our riders, this was a big stepping stone for us as both parties benefited from the partnership.
This brings us to current date 2024, so far this year we have had our best season on record with the lads achieving multiple podiums. We also took on a photographer as this was a step we believed was necessary to develop and also generate revenue at events. We also pushed our socials focusing on longer format content on YouTube.
